Considering that this project is a very large system project, which can not be achieved overnight, at the beginning of the establishment of our company in 1996, after we established the overall work goal of the CIMS system, we began to implement it step by step

the Ministry of industry and information technology will take the lead in establishing the upstream and downstream cooperation mechanism for civil aircraft aluminum. First, our company began to plan the development and implementation of the production control DCS system, a major branch of the CIMS system, and selected the HS2000 system developed by Beijing Hollysys Automation Engineering Co., Ltd. (Siemens WinCC system is selected for the synthesis workshop) as the operating platform to complete the system hardware matching, software configuration and control operation. With the close cooperation of all the technical personnel of the company and through their solid work, the DCS penicillin system was started at the same time as the official commencement on April 8, 1998, ensuring that the company has a high starting point. At present, the company has 6 engineer stations, 22 operator stations and 15 i/o control stations. The i/o control station completes the functions of on-site signal acquisition and control, the operator station completes on-site monitoring, including alarm, process flow display, control operation, parameter modification (such as PID parameter modification), alarm printing, trend display, etc., and the engineer station completes software configuration, parameter control, database management and system maintenance

at present, our company has realized the man-machine coordinated control of penicillin fermentation and refining system, especially in the aspect of solvent recovery, the operation of tower equipment has fully realized the automatic control, and at the same time, we have realized the automatic monitoring and control in the production lines and power supply of semi synthetic antibody products such as 6-APA, 7-ADCA, cephalexin and cephalidine, forming a computer automatic control centered on production scheduling covering all production departments of Beida company

while continuously improving the DCS system, since May 1998, based on the development platform of Power Builder 6.0, our company has started the development of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning Management) system. After a series of feasibility studies and demands, the product introduction of Jinan Shijin automobile interior material testing machine: this series of material testing machines strictly comply with the inspection standard analysis, preliminary design, detailed design and program design of gb/t16491 (1) 996 electronic universal material testing machine. A comprehensive program test and improvement has been carried out since February of 1999.
